    That's beautiful CBQ. :D

I usually just wait for a nice slow tune, then approach the woman on the dance floor... get up in her face and tell her to 'Bring it'. Then, I get crunk, shut her down on the dance floor and tell her 'your style is wack' or make some inappropriate comment about her dancing like a white girl. Then I ask for the digits.

    You sound like a dork

Most white women are, in fact, for the most part, extremely "dorky"......but i guess thats what makes them who they are.

I am totally a dork. Absolutely. And a geek and a nerd.

You'll get no argument from me there.

I thought you were about to say " they just need to have a pussy"!!! LOL. My bad. I always think bad about men :D

I think it was his way to say that some beats are slower than others. I agree with you on the 4/4 thing :)
Even arabic music has plenty of rythms but they are still 4/4 (then there are 10/4 blah blah blah)

I've always considered "dancing" to be some choreographed movement that everyone can't do. I like to use the term "boogie" because that means that you're doing what you feel out on the floor. So if someone can't "dance", I'm sure they can boogie. So, if you're out there doing the running man, cabbage patch, lawn mower, sprinkler, etc....Boogie on playa!!!

What about lockin', poppin'. wavin', n' breakin'? You consider those dancing, or boogying? Since those dances can be choreographed, or freestyled.

Good point! I think those dances are a cross between dancing and boogying. You have to be able to dance or have some rhythm, call it organized confusion. When you boogie your lock my not pop, your wave may not ripple and you might be off rhythm, but who cares.

Maybe that's a post: Do you dance or do you boogie?

Ahhh, I got ya. I'm more of a boogyer. My moves aren't tight and smooth like something you'd see a real b-boy do. I'm more of a "fuck around dancer". Real spontaneous with mine. My waves aren't that smooth. My locks aren't that tight. I just do random moves when, and wherever. We could be playing beer pong, and out of nowhere I'll do an arm wave, just for the hell of it. :D

There are times though when I'm dancing around the house, and suddenly my moves are fluid as hell. I'll be dancing for like 30 minutes, just because I don't wanna lose my rhythm before taking advantage of my little burst of skill.

I dance too but I am not a cheerleader :cool:It's not what you look like that makes you sensual, seductive and sexy but how you feel about yourself on the inside. Feel like a sex goddess in casual wear, business attire or lingerie!

At least a lot--if not most, try lol. I'm stereotyping, but to expect them to be able to dance, listening to music that usually is not suitable for dancing purposes is a lot to ask. A lot of Non-dancers grew up not listening to suitable dance music; not listening to music at all, not even dancing, etc, just swaying & moving their arms and fingers, maybe hair lol.

LOL! I think some people are born with rhythm and some aren't...(we know who they are...lol)

I remember teaching a friend of mine to dance (who mind you, tap danced) and my brother. My friend was off beat, although she always tried. Whereas my brother, he had it naturally. He knew what to do right away. I didn't have to teach him anything except maybe new dances.

I can't talk about anyone else because I can't dance. And because I can't dance, my "blackness points" is rather low. But anyways, seeing white girls who can't dance does not irritate me at all.
