Not like I condone what she did, but if I followed the sequence of events correctly, it looks like they're the ones who started the racial name-calling......consequently provoking her into doing likewise.

On a side note - Was that Kimbo (in the light color shirt) standing next to him? If so, then they could call me whatever they wanted and I still wouldn't do sh*t (cowardly, I know.......but have any of you seen Kimbo fight??).

I think you where right the black guy made a fool of himself and the white girl was provoked into calling him that name. I bet the black guy and his bunch of black supremacists would probably have to judge themselves and look at their own character and stop playing the race card too much. Yeah, I've seen spectacles like this involving the Black Israelites, the New Black Panthers and the Nation of Islam a few times in NYC. I also got to see a Klan rally up close back in high school when I lived in Texas, but that's another story.

 

Being where i come from mainly the only protests ive witnessed have been Pension/ payrise marches, these kind of sidewalk rallys ive never seen before, of course we have had our problems in the past ie Brixton riots (my Uncle was working in a childrens care home in Brixton and was there when it kicked off)
Everyone has a right to speak there mind, but those kind of blatant insults to passer by public is surely some kind off disturbing the peace, everyone should have the right to put an arguement across but surely it depends on its nature, are police allowed to do anything in these situations KKK and Black Panther, Radicals should be stamped out, let those genuinely interested in conclusions be the ones to bring stuff to the table.

In most cities, they are allowed to conduct themselves in this manner as long as they have filed a parade or protest permit with the local authorities. In many jurisdictions, they either receive mandated police protection during the duration of their "protest" or the cops will send a detachment to do preemptive crowd control.

If they have a permit, they can usually be as vulgar and offensive as they want to unless they make a direct threat of violence, incite violence or actually start a physical altercation.

 

Well that leaves them quite a bit they can do, plus what do you have to do to officially be termed as inciting violence, i can see what there doing on that video being able to incite violence, but i exspect they have to come out and describe a particular assault method,

Well if i was shopping with my kids and saw either side! declaring things in that manner i wouldn't wanna shop ie they are infringing peoples liberties to go about there day to day, and they get a permit to do it

But on an upside (for me) i havent exsperienced the spectacle of racial negativity yet!
Plus in that video most people watching looked as if they'd been clubbed on the head so for some that obviously was a first exsperience, take note of the funny looks the Whitegirl got from those WM standing behind her, think they found her shocking aswell ( so they should) she was a bad girl :smt045

That kind of talk is not how "I" was raised and it's tone was very negative and divisive. It kills me how people use God's name in order to preach hate. This video was blasphemy at it's highest level.

I live down the street from the one you said looks like Kimbo. We ride the bus together if I don't drive into work. The kicker is these guys have great freaking jobs, I disagree withe a lot of their views but man they also be having black folks mad as hell also,did the white lady have to resort to calling not them but black people she fell right into their game and exposed herself.
