Where did your facination start?

I was wondering where your attraction and facination of the black men (for the ladies) and white women (for the men) come from and started?

I'll tell you my story. I remember when I was a young teenager.. I was watching the tv series North and South, where one of the women hooks up with the black slave. I just remember my instant reaction to watching a black and a white body together, although I didn't quite comprehend it at the time.

Then when I was 21, I was in Israel for 6 months.. And there were quite a few black men in the city that I lived in. And I befriended a lot of them, and one night I met one guy who was so charming. But I was a little afraid, cause I had never been with a black man before. So we just talked .. the next night too. Then I guess he lost patience, cause he then took one of my girlfriends back to his hotel. Well next time he was in town, he looked me up again - and I went with him. And he was my first experience with a black man. And damn, he was beautiful. Had a 6 pack, and he made the best love I had ever tried - and he's still the best I've ever had ;) Well we hooked up a few times, but he lived in a different city, so it never got serious. Instead I hooked up with one of the other black men, who was an African dancer performing. But that only lasted one night, cause he was just too damn wide to fit anywhere comfortably.

Anyways, my experiences in Israel really ignited my facination with black men. And although that for many years following my stay in Israel, I was only with white men (we don't have many black men in Denmark :? ).. I have now reached the realisation that black men attract me so much, that I might as well give up on the WM. Lemme put it this way.. There can be a year in between I see a white man and think "wow he looks great".. but with black men it's 80% of them that I think wow about

And with my last relationship, which was my first real relationship with a black man.. I did realise how much physical attraction means. We were so much into one another and it was awesome. So definately going for that again, now that I have a choice. The trick is to find a good black man, and not just a black man. I'm hoping that the one I'm dating now fits the mould though :D

I used to fancy a black TV presenter when I was about 6. And he was gay! But I just loved his wide smile and his white, white teeth :D

I think sexual attraction is wired. My mum is equally attracted to black and white men, and so am I. We also go for the same type of men in looks...when we're watching TV or a movie together, we always fancy the same people. Pls don't take that down any weird Freudian lines though, I do not fancy my father!

My fascination with WW started as a teenager when I saw this poster. My mom though didn't appreciate me having it up in my room for a couple of reasons. Interestingly enough, my father didn't seem to mind... :)

Ah, yes, Heather Thomas from the Fall Guy. She was hot, hot, hot. I had a similar item, a pillow actually, with Farrah Fawcett's image on it. Actually my Mom was the one who gave it to me. So I guess she didn't have a problem with it. She gave one to my broher as well. What can I say? She knew a good looking woman when she saw one. At least that was the case 30 years ago.

I can't post the pic, but here's a link to it.

ummmm well I've been trying to figure that out actually.

I think it may have started when I was about 12-13 and there was this man that would go to these festivals my family had a booth at. He was exceptionally bright, very good looking, and very kind. I remember thinking he was amazing!

I didn't have a black man ask me out until 7-8 years ago. Then there were several (gotta love the internet!)

I'm definitely not equally attracted to white and black men. Strong preference for black men. I don't know that I would say that I would NEVER go out with a white man again....but I'm not really picturing it.

    When did your "fascination" start?

I was 12.I saw a white girl remove her shoes in class, exposing her bare feet, and the rest.............as they say............. is history.I learned a lot about myself on that day. :D

I never really thought of it as preference. I always just picked out attractive women no matter color, race or creed. Mine was more oppurtunity Our grammer school was mixed. My high school was majority white, only twelve blacks. So the choices were few for black girls. I was popular because of sports, so there you go. But having experienced relationships with various races of women I would say because of experience I would prefer a wf (who likes to make love, then let me f her brains out)

I'd have to say that my attraction to darker men is innate. By "darker" I mean men who were darker than me and not necessarily of any specific race or ethnic group. I remember at a very young age being drawn to darker men in movies, catalogs, and tv. As I got older and experienced more of the world, my attraction became more refined until at some point I realized that I was most attracted to black men. No epiphanies here, just a natural progression.

When I saw boxer Ken Norton in the movie Mandigo pounced on the slave masters wife and had her scream in sexual ecstasy.

I'd agree with that actually. Before I became very attracted to black men, I'd be attracted to men with darker, olive skin and dark hair. Have never been seriously attracted to a blond or fair man.

i was 12...my mom got her first job working at a college in montana...she was the secretary to the athletic director...need i say more...LOL ...i was amazed by all of these beautiful black athletes...when i wasn't in school...i was at the college...i have always had a big booty and when my older brothers used to tease me and tell me i was pretty but with that big butt i would never get a date...just the opposite was chimmed in day after day...imagine being a 12 year old girl and having young beautiful black men tell you...girl when you get older the black men are going to love you...so when i started to date...sure enough it was a boy from a cross town high school that i was the most attracted to...he was black...i have dated white men but always find my comfort with a black man...the attraction for me is undeniable...

I was in junior high, and there was a girl named Joanna who i thought was really, really cute. her cousin Katie was really cute too. :) anyway, one day her cousin came up to me and said "Joanna likes you, do you like her to?" i didn't know how to respond, because i was still shy at the time. i can't remember exactly what i said, but whatever i said, Katie went back and told her that i didn't like her, even though i really did! hopefully that makes sense LOL.

i've been attracted to caucasian girls ever since then, but being in college, and being around them every day has definitely magnified the attraction i would say.

Junior High School. A very petite, 5 foot slim blonde girl with a crazed personality kept kicking me in the butt with her shoe after a few days in Spanish class (she sat right behind me).

I was about to yell at her....but when I turned around and saw her with this huge smile on her her face and the blue eyes to match, I smiled back. We really liked each other. But I was so busy with football and she was so hyperactive that I could never catch up with her.

Everytime the teacher called on me to answer a question in Spanish, she would whisper the answer to me as if I was paying her to do so and the answer was always right. We nearly dated once cause she lived nearby.

But, it was at that moment when I turned around and saw this tiny beauty smiling at me (SHE WAS VERY CUTE) that I knew I would spend some time with these women later in life.

It started in 4th grade. I grew up in a predominately white private school, so it happened as soon as I had any sort of interest in girls.

My attraction came when I was drivng off road. and 3 caucasian girls came up to me and my friend in my 4x4 and were really liking the fact that there is black men that do 4wheeling. And just sitting down having a conversation with a caucasian girl. It's sweet.

    "It's sweet."

    Yes it is.

I took a friend of mine out to lunch the other day (a cute blonde that is off limits....she's married, but we do the platonic friendship thing pretty well).

She enjoyed herself so much, she lost track of time.

    HUGE ego boost!
