    I think it is a bit absurd to call this rape. A bit dishonest and scummy yea. If this is rape then one can argue that if a women suffers from beer goggles then that man can be convicted of rape as well.

    Pretty much.

    The rape by surprise title threw me too, lol... however I recall a man recently was convicted by it. His cousin's or brother's (I forget which one) wife was sleeping and he got in the bed and began making love to her. She thought it was her husband and let him finish. She was horrified to learn it wasn't her husband...

    But in this case, with these women, just stop. Deep down, they knew there was a SLIGHT chance he was shitting them on-line.

    Exactly. I just finished reading a pretty good book where other weren't that lucky when meeting their online date.
    Whoever likes a good story, read "missing you" by Harlan Coben.
