cops raid a drug fueled sex party given by a surgeon. what ????!!!!??? the rich using drugs.
I don't think sex was the problem. It was the drugs. The rich are hedonistic. They enjoy pleasure. If they find it in drugs, they will use them. Even in the film Eyes Wide Shut, Tom and Nicole are smoking a joint. It means that though buying pot is illegal(at that time), the law does not apply to them. And this guy believes that, too.
Frankly I'm tired of people going to jail or being demonized over non-violent offenses If a group wants to snort coke and have wild sex with each other, who exactly are they hurting? And the comments that I've seen with people criticizing his medical skill/refusing to see him because he does drugs....this guy is one of the best docs in his field! If they knew how many awesome medical professionals did some sort of drug, IN THEIR SPARE TIME (booze/medications included), they'd never get healthcare As with everything else it's all about control, moderation and not being under the influence while u work
They are hurting themselves. And it doesn't stop there. When people let loose at a party, their intention is to have a good time. Moderation is thrown out the window. I've seen it happen many times. I knew a guy years ago who was an assistant manager. He was young and a fun-loving guy. He invited everyone one night to his house for a party when everyone got off work. We all said that we will be there. When we got there, he was already drunk. We didn't stay too long because we had to be at work the next morning. The next morning we heard the news that he was in a fatal car accident. His friend who was with him died and he was in a coma. When he came out of it and was able to walk again, he returned to the job. But he wasn't the same. He had a look like he had been to hell and back. It looked serene and overly cautious. He has to live with the memory of the death of his friend for the rest of his life. Those who get arrested for drug offenses knew what they were doing, or they were not smart enough and did it in full view of witnesses. When I was a corrections officer, I was at a party and a few people I knew were smoking pot. I told them that because I was a law enforcement officer, I was obligated to report them. I didn't do it because they were my friends, but I had to warn them of someone who might report them. If they wanted to have a party where they can use drugs, they wouldn't do it in their own homes, or anywhere where there are people.
