Whats up with San Antonio

Ok I am new here. Just returned from Germany for the second time. I am in the military. I have been here in San Antonio for about 2 months and I really like it. The majority of the people here seem to be of hispanic heritage ,which is cool with me. I am just wondering with so few black people here , whats the deal with the brothers living here. Does anyone know if the women here go for only Mexicans and white guys or do they give brothas play too. I don't see much else here? whites are a minority as well as blacks which is very different to me. I was expecting the stereotypical image of the redneck/racist type enviroment, but haven't seen that so far. Just wondering. Of course I will explore.
I really miss Germany! I my opinion, if you enjoy dating across racial lines, Germany isn't a bad place to be. I also recommend Czech, Romania and my bro met some girls from Estonia. I also talked to some Russian girls, but they were too young.

 

In my experience hispanic women will go for black guys. I haven't been to San Antonio so I can't tell you much about it.

 

Texas is the home of the finest Mexican women in the USA. Personally, I think that white women are harder to meet than Latinas. Latinas, especially the ones that also speak English, are more approachable than white or black women in America. You just have to share some common interests. For me, since I like Latin music, I use that as an ice-breaker. Once they find out that you are a hard worker and appreciate their culture and music, you're ok with them.

Another thing I like about Mexican women is that they are willing to give an ordinary guy a chance. I've seen plenty of cute Mexican women who are dating guys that are employed as landscapers, groundskeepers, janitors and lower-level construction workers. In America, you rarely see ww, bw or aw giving guys like that the time of day. All Mexican women want are men who will work hard, be responsible, love them and treat them right.

That is so true...Mexican girls want a man who is either in school or working at least......they want a good man...not the ideal man necessarily. It seems to them that a real macho doesn't have to look like a metrosexual...just be himself. They believe in a lot of old world concepts like a strong family....cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents are important so you must be willing to understand that bond. Once you've got that...its all gravy. San Antonio is not a bad place albeit a bit scaled down relative to some of Texas' other cities....it ranks 8th in the U.S. in terms of population though. There are plenty of redneck places but they are small pockets. If you are black and from that state...you are probably used to being the minority wherever you go....either outnumbered by whites or latinos...for those brothas its not anything new.

 

San Antonio is great for brothas, my cousins live there and they get boocoo mexican babes. growing up in Texas, it was the best girls to date!

 

You guys are right, Texas is a great place to meet latinas. In general, the top 5 citites to meet them in the US would be:

5) Chicago, IL
4) San Antonio, TX
3) Los Angeles, CA
2) Miami, FL
1) New York, NY

There are a reasonable number of those fine women in other unnamed cities too but these five have the largest number. My brother lives in Chicago and well, y'all know the rest. :lol: Im the king of Latinas so lemme tell you one thing about them; approach them with the most profoundly true but optimistic of personas. They're very easy to sweep off their feet. I dont mean that in a denigrating way; i mean that they will fall in love deeply with you the minute they're done sourcing you out.

Now latinas are very hard to give in to and take time to figure out the one they want. Oh, it took me four dates and numerous hang-outs as well as constant visits to finally break Eva out of her chain of uncertainty. :lol: They take their time to get with a man because they give it their all or nothing. They are very conservative in terms of social values like families, housework, childcare and taking care of them. But if you date a latina, always be ready at any time to welcome their families because their families are the second THEM. They arent nosy by any means and dont interfere with your relationship but you'd be a fool to assume that she's just yours and yours only. Be ready at any time to welcome her family, especially su madre.

The ones on the East Coast, South and Midwest i know about. I havent dealt with many in/from the West like Mexicans because there arent a huge number in Florida. But i've met a few and they're cool. But they are even more difficult to sweep even than other latinas. But every problem got its solution. Just have a thing you share in common with them. For example, i dated this Mexican girl who could barely speak English and said she previously had a certain phobia for black men. We used to see each other at the salsa/merengue club a lot and used to say hi so one day, i decided to be a man and go up to her because the Good Lord knows she's freaking smokin. One glance at her and you'd almost lose your eyes. :shock: She came off as rude the first time but i know how to deal with women like that. So when i saw she could only speak Espanol and liked salsa, we started to talk about that in Spanish of course. From there, we got to know each other and in the space of a month and some weeks, we had the 1st kiss. 8)

Thats a key to getting the woman you want, have a common interest/hobby. Just do that with women and you'd get even the most obstinate of them.

 

Rasta, you're soo right! Have you been to LA lately, or are you just knowledgeable about what's going on out here?? For the most part, the racial tension w/ the Latin gangbangers is in certain areas/cities. It really just depends on where you are. Basically, any time you're in the hood (east Los Angeles hoods, Sylmar, San Fernando hoods) and you're a BM, don't get caught by a gangbanger(s) being all up on a pretty Latin girl. Not to mention, some of the gangbangers will mess with you just because you're a BM. But if you're in any nice cities/suburbs [Pasadena(east LA)] or in west LA[Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, etc) you're not going to experience that problem at all.

 

Where exactly do you live? You're making LA seem like you can't walk the streets w/o getting messed w/ which is far from reality. Because LA is such a large area, (spans over 30 miles radius and has a HIGHLY concentrated population) it's quite easy to avoid gangs. I mean yea, there's a lot of gangs, but it's only certain areas. There's plenty of nice cities in the LA area that you can hang out, be safe, and hook up IR.

You forgot to mention Venice (bet. Santa Monica & Marina del Rey)....there's a mini-hood there with Latino & Black gangbangers. Venice was a 'hot' area for gangbanging awhile back....however, there won't be a mini-hood there much longer with all the expensive real estate poppin' up, and the expensive new real estate developments in the area.

I lived in LA (Santa Monica mostly) from '92-'00.

Venice!! Of course, how could I forget Venice?! Well, out of every city I've visited in my life, Venice beach is by FAR one of the most unique & strangest place I've ever been to. Now the city is alright, but their beach is quite different. Venice Beach is like NYC in a sense. It's the only place you will see bloods, crips, millionaires, billionaires, celebrities, bums, Latin Kings(a gang), strippers, transsexuals, runaway children, stray dogs, Escalades on 24s, shopping carts for cars, Asians, whites, blacks, Indians, Arab, Palestinians, potheads, hookers, bootleggers, skateboarders, cokeheads, crackheads, people doing tricks for money, you name it. All within a 1 mile distance!!! It's really quite different. I guess if you live in the heart of the Big Apple, it's no biggie.

That's what I figured. It all depends on where you are in America. Latinas maybe more accessible nowadays, but that all depends on where you go and who you run into. I met an older guy who told me about his experience with this Latina in New Mexico, who was impressed by his ability to sing a Spanish song in Spanish, even when he didn't even know the words :? , in fact, he impressed her so much until she decided to move him into her house with her, and kick her current Mexican man out in the street, but the old guy told her no, and only went to her house to eat meals instead. He kept traveling afterwards.

BEST PLACE IN CALI FOR BLACK MEN AND LATIN WOMEN IS THE BAY AREA.......

THE BAY AREA HANDS DOWN IS THE BEST PLACE IN THE U.S. FOR INTERRACIAL RELATIONSHIP, BECAUSE EVERYBODY WHITE, BLACKS , LATINOS, NATIVE AMERICANS, ETC ARE FAMILY.... DON'T GET ME WRONG THERE ARE SOME BAD PLACES BUT OVERALL THE BAY AREA IS GREAT...

 

San Antonio, El Paso, DFW, Houston, Corpus, and the RGV are the best places. Also Pheonix and Denver for Mexican-Black IR. Alburqueque and Santa Fe are nice too and so is Las Vegas, Portland OR, Seattle and SF-San Jose area
