Im sure your family doesnt call your mom, "Miss Reed" but maybe by her first name or nickname. (Oh, call I call her mom, too?)

You say that someone shouldnt call someone a rude name, but its ok to repeat whatever you hear someone else says.

If your an adult in 2008 (and with slew of devices available to you) and you dont know how to address someone - regardless of their race, creed, color, religion, national origin - you get the idea - without insulting them, then lock your dumb-ass in your home, watch reruns of the simpsons, and spare the rest of the world your self inflicted ignorance.

(No disrespect to your mom, because Im sure she's a wonderful lady.)

nope, because thats not my last name. but my sisters and i call her mother, my father calls her darling, dear and sweetheart, she is aunt so and so.

but like all americans she is called by others and institutions, others as black woman, african american woman, gullah woman, as titles and identifiers,
just as my grandmother and grandfather on my dads side was called that mulatto man, that colored man, that black man, that african american man as identifiers

get left behind to do what? i am not sure what you mean--being a professional, no problems to speak of and about 20 years older than you, not sure what you mean by being left behind.

and since it is current and not when the world was flat, over 500 years ago, i am not sure what you are talking about

Preferring another race is disrespecting your own race according to a lot of people. Especially since dark genes are dominant, so the offspring won't remind much of the White persons family members. But personally, I don't care if people does that or not. Like I said in my first post, I am very egocentric and don't give a f*** about what other people decides to do and what not to do.

The worst kind of people I know of is Politically Correct people. I thought this forum was supposed to be for politically incorrect people since it handles a subject that is "taboo"?

May I ask you if YOU are White? Because it's actually often White politically correct people who claims that it's racist to say "Black" and "Yellow". I've heard a lot of Black people say; "I'm not African, I'm Black". Then why am I a racist because I call them what they want to be called?

And if it's racist to say "the M word", then what the h*** would be a better word? Do you rather prefer "race bastard" like some people (mostly neo nazis) says, or what? :?

And actually, mostly muslims are White (caucasian), so it isn't racist (for me) to not liking them. But I don't dislike all of them, it's mostly believing, since I don't think that their religion belongs here in Europe.

When I said "well dressed Black men", I basically mean all Black men who are not dressed like 50 Cent.

I totally agree there. It's okay to have a personal dating preference as long as you don't diss other and your own race.
    Nothing racist about that.

    bored,

why the hell are you on this board to begin with? you've already stated that you are a white male...you obviously have serious race issues that lie deeper than anyone on this board is going to be able to fix...and you want to speak about a culture (american) that you obviously no nothing about. you talk about not giving a f*ck about what other people do - if that was the case, why are you on here stirring up trouble?

having preferences does not make you racist. do you have any clue how ignorant that statement is? preferring blondes over brunettes does not make you a brunette-ist (if there were such a thing). preferring brown eyes over blue eyes does not make you a blue-eye-ist. preferring chocolate ice cream over strawberry does not make you a flavorist (also, if there were such a thing). and the list could go on and on. there are so many flaws in that idea, that i can't even begin to point them out.

and i don't think anyone on this board appreciates the line in your original post about how people should stay with their "own kind". what...are we breeds of dogs now? our "kind"? give me a freaking break. last time i checked we were all part of the human race...so in my book, if you're a human being, you're fair game. maybe if we were dating martians or elephants, your "kind" statement would have validity. but we're not, therefore your statement is as ignorant as you are.

using the term mulatto isn't as "racist" as it is ignorant. if i remember my history correctly that term, along with "colored" and "negro" have not been popularly/acceptably used in most american circles in almost 60 years. it has nothing to do with being politically correct, but more so to do with having some tact. something you obviously lack.

finally, since you seem to be so proud of your egocentric nature....why don't you and your ego do us all a favor, and delete your account.

"We're all part of the human race"? It's called; "We're all part of the human kind." As the same thing you don't call White people Caucasian, the correct term is Caucasoid. And you Americans call me ignorant.

I have race issues? Me? Well, think again. Since I've been with women of different races, and also don't care about what skin color the partner has, then you should think again who it is who have race issues. "I'M A BLACK C*** LOVER! ALL MEN OF OTHER RACES HAVE TINY D****!". That's not race issues at all.

    Bosox-we would get along splendidly.

as for using the term Mulatto--half of my family is mulatto, creole and everyone uses the term without it being offensive to us or to others. but if it offensive to an individual i suggest they not use it or find another term--biracial and multiracial we use as well. and ask others not to use it when referring to them. but people are free to use it in my presence as they are colored and Negro or black which i am not offended by.
