What's going on with you?

He's quite busy with work and classes so I don't get to talk to him too often...but they're ok I suppose! It's really hard for me to understand his accent sometimes, especially when he's using French words. He has to speak very, very slowly. *L* He seems determined, though, so maybe I'll actually get some of it. I'm sure he'll be teaching me some more words and stuff when he comes over Friday. I have to help him with his English then *L*

 

i've done test 1 of 4 last thursday. i must do part 2-3 the 11th and 12th. if i pass the written tests, i'll have the oral test the 19th-20th. fuck the professors. and oh! news! next week i plan to meet a guy from the board who's coming to italy for vacation. yayyyyy!!!! is anybody planning vacations in Venice?

 

Had a shitty day basically. Fuck school. Fuck finals. I need to break something expensive, preferably something that doesn't belong to me.

Just found out I'm not moving to australia this spring anyway. Yey! My life just fell in to fucking pieces. So another half a year in this damn country then.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, I just was under the impression you loved your county with all it's social services, why would you want to leave?

 

Your mom probably wouldn't like me because I believe that a person needs to follow their heart and study what they are passionate about, do what they love. I am fortunate that my chosen profession is completely recession proof and I will always have work. But would I do it if I didn't love it? No. I must love what I do for most of my waking hours, or why bother?? As the saying goes, this isn't a dress rehearsal. This is my only chance to live fully! That's simply the idealist coming out again.

What is your major Brotha Ajax? If you are doing an undergraduate degree that leads to a professional degree, it's quite normal to be less than fond of the prereqs.... Even the first couple of years of a degree can be challenging, and that's perfectly normal.

Stay in school is fantastic advice, just look for something you will enjoy if you can.....

That's gotta suck, when it snows and you're not prepared for it. Here in Ohio, we expect this shit. Down on the Gulf of Mexico, it's not expected at all, although people know that it can happen

Thanks for wishing me luck. I haven't been this nervous since 12th grade when almost failed because I needed 1 more hour of community service.

I don't have a major yet. I don't know what the hell I want to do. I'm pretty much going with the flow and doing the general ed and whatever is transferable to a 4 year. Not like I'm going to transfer to a 4 year anymore though.
