    This week I had my first 'soda day' of 2 (two days per week,on which I allow myself to drink one glass of something other than water) on friday,aka yesterday,and chose a Caramel Café Frappé,which was extremely delicious :)

    Do miss the ol Yorkshire tea, can't get it in Australia :(

    Think I should forego the bottles of sav blanc I've been guzzling of late and just put a drip in.
