What would do in this situation?

    It was early sunday morning and I was an RA in University dorm, but I was not on duty. I saw a chick physicaly and verbally getting abused by her BF at the lounge. I came to her rescue and broke it off. The bitch came after me ...yelled at me, kicked me and told me I have no buisness butting in her matters... she even tried to get her male friends to come after me, filed a complaint at residence director office.... The auducity of her.

    After that I try to avoid the good semeraten thing as much as I can... but coz of my christian background I still find myself helping tho...

    A long time ago, my husband and his then roommate came across a woman getting severely abused by a man while they were both in a parked car. My husband and his friend ran over to help her. The car door was unlocked, so my husband tried to open it, to pull her out. The Woman turned and held the door shut, while the Man continued to beat her.

    It's fucked up. I would always err on intervening within reason, but yeah, it's fucked up.

    If I know the person then I will help out. If I don't know the person , I call the police if it physically violent. I have seen on tape when a man interefered and the guy came back and shot the guy. So I am not getting shot for a stranger.
