Yup, being embarrassed is definitely a life or death situation.

My point is, criticism and ostracism by loved ones can be quite damaging as well. Is it life or death? No. I don't necessarily think WW have it the worst, but you don't have to sustain physical injuries to experience pain when choosing to date outside your race.

Secondly, I agree wholeheartedly that bm get screwed with trumped up charges, but I've not seen that happen because they're dating a white woman, which is what we're discussing here.

Lastly...I know nothing personally about the struggles ww have with their families. Mine would never think to disown me for dating outside my race. With that said though, I have seen it before. Just because I've not experienced it doesn't mean I can't have an opinion on the matter (just as you have an opinion on any and everything around here).
