On the lower eastside in Manhattan that shit would run for around 2k easy fam. People give up the space for location. There's so much to do here all the time.

Age of my home, expensive repairs (which are all the time), did the Landlord thing...too much headache...and the weather here beats up on a house. You need two incomes at all times to own a house the size of mine. That's it in a nutshell, but in all it's 15 yrs of experiences that would fill a book.

I truly admire(envy) where you are at with your home. :smt060 I was there once. Cherish it, FG.

It's a no brainer why I stay where the fuck I'm live. That shit is ridiculous.

I didn't know a beach and a night life were worth $1600-$2000 a month. Just saying fam.

That's how much it costs to rent in downtown Philly, easy...and it isn't a prize locale like NYC or Cali beach real estate. Camden is a 10 minute bus ride. You can actually see it from Downtown. Yes, hell-hole Beirut Camden.

Petty can you weigh in that doesn't sound right to me unless you're talking really upscale spots.

Dude...Society Hill, RittenHouse Square, Fairmount Park by the city, anywhere along the Schuylkill River near downtown. You don't have to ask Petty - trust me, I worked down there for years. It's prime locale, Philly isn't huge downtown like NYC. You pay to stay.

Its been less than a week since ive had her, last night plasti dip covered the front grill, rear emblems, tail lights(i got impatient and messed them up... need to re do them) and the silver trim around the windows. She also received tint, a new clutch and resurfaced flywheel.

The M5 spoiler needs to go on and roof spoiler will be ordered this weekend and plasti dipped as well.

A fiberglass subwoofer box will be built next weekend and once i get all the parts ill be molding a tablet in the dash where the factory navi unit wouldve gone.

Once the power steering pump and hose gets replaces a full alignment will be done and 20inch dodge challenger srt8 wheels with coilovers are on the agenda.

Yeah man, I may hop on a group buy for a supercharger kit. The goal is 400 HP no spray.

Is this 400 flywheel or rear wheel horsepower you're after?

I want 400+ to the wheels, unfortunately she is fwd... My only advantage to the srt8 vehicles is the manual tranny and weight.

400rwh to the 6.1's 420 to the flywheel is what's up. And that weight advantage is the key. But,, there is this saying, "there's no replacement for displacement". Lol
