What do you all like to do for fun?

How do you spend your spare time? What hobbies do you all have?

When I am not busy with my kids and my man, I love to go hiking with my two best friends and the dogs. My dog died 2 years ago and my best friend has a Chocolate lab that is my dog to hike with, now whenever I go over he expects to go hiking. I also horseback ride every couple of weeks, have a weekly salsa lesson, and I just got my motrcycel liscense, so I ride everyday to practice so I can go on long rides with a group of my friends.

I like to lay on the beach, sometimes I'll sleep there for a few hours. I like to flirt with women, play chess, watch basketball (UCLA, Lakers), workout, do yoga, watch old movies.

I'm almost never bored.

A coworker of mine has a harley, and likes to go for long ass rides on the weekends. Motorcyclists are an entirely different breed I tell ya.

I used to draw a lot, but I stopped that. I like to play video/computer games to pass time. I also like to go for runs in the park or throughout my neighborhood. I like to read also, although most of my material consists of pumping iron or the latest in video/computer gaming.

 

I have 2 big dogs and a talking parrot....so they occupy me .... i love the ocean......i like coffee shops.....i like to cook and clean.....

i am lame you all.........

Artsy shit, painting, drawing, etc. I like to knit, too. I spend most of my spare time doing homework or having sex. haha. I got a ton of other interests, though. I love to read about different shit. History, mythology, comic books, art books (more for looking at than reading), "How to" books on useful shit, DIY stuff, craft stuff, uhm...music. Almost always got music playing, and I spend a lot of time singing and practicing. My voice has gotten pretty good over the past year considering how it was before, I'm quite happy with the progress I've made, though I still need work. uhm..karaoke! I love karaoke night at the bar nearby. The internet kills a lot of time. I like watching movies...even documentaries. Especially documentaries about subjects I feel strongly about. Man, I like too much shit. It's easier to list things I don't like, really.

 

I am a martial artist. I am a writer, and artist... I do comic books. I also am an avid video gamer. And all around drifter.

You are right, No Harley people for me lol/ Everyone I know rides crotch rockets. I have a Kwaski 250 Ninja. Kenn bought it for me, he also rides and we have a blast either riding together or with groups. I love it because my mind is clear of EVERYTHING but me and the bkiek when I ride. .

 

I'm gonna get me a motorcycle, real soon too...

 

this guy is all tatted up and wears a bandana all the time..

he's a black guy too, which has opened my eyes because many harley guys are portrayed as being white. he always tells me stories about the Pagan and Hell's Angels biker gangs and how he tries to stay away from them..

he totally adores his hog and loves to drive up and down the east coast. I just look at him like he's crazy

 

I do not have a lot of free time. But this is what I do:

* listening to music and dancing around

Belly Dancing. I've been learning (slowly) for a while now. I bought one of those cute lil scarves with all the lil coins on it at the Ren Faire last year because it was so pretty and it sounds cool when I shake my hips.

Katharina, we shall dance together when I come to Berlin! I got so jealous the other day...my friend Pedro told me that the graphic design major students get to go to Berlin next year as a "field trip", and that they also have the option of staying in Germany after the trip to study abroad for a quarter.

And I can't go because I'm in Animation, not Graphic Design.

 

Reading crime novels. I think I've read crime novels by authors of over 30 different nationalities.

Amateur modelling.Well actually I make money with it but I see it more as a hobby since it's not the kinda career I want to make.

Cooking.Im not a chief or anything but I love trying out new things.

Decoration.Can be in the house or decorating my or other people's profiles online.

Music.I think if I have an addiction it's for music.I dont play an instrument myself but I love RnB,Rap,Crunk,South,Dancehall,Reggaeton,Salsa music,...

 

My boyfriend is black and he rides too. (Not the reason that I started riding), I have wanted to for years, when I was a kid, I dirt biked with my cousins. Most of the back men I know ride sports bikes like mine but bigger, no tats here or bandana lol. Kenn did just order me a pale pink riding jacket, gloves, and pants, as bright colors are safer and stand out. We go on rides for fun, and nobody we know is an a gang, unless of course you count charity rides lol.

Sonny- Have you ridden before? Even if you know the basics take a rider safety class, it gives you an insurance break an is great at getting you comfortable.
