And just cause Black men or White men get with their same race of women, doesn't mean they won't roll in the hay and it certainly doesn't mean they love you. Remember, men love pussy.

Actually, we don't have anything screwed up, it's your perception that's skewed.

Keep brewing that 4 year hate. While you're busy seething with it, we'll be happy over here.

I was not attracted to my fiancee because he is a BM or because I was buying into the stereotype that all BM are blessed with huge package. I was attracted to him because he's funny, incredibly intelligent, ambitious, responsible, and his personality fits mine. He has goals for his life and feels that having a partner by his side only adds to his happiness. I am very assertive and ambitious and many WM that have met and dated have found that to be a turn-off. I stop being a woman and start becoming competition. My fiancee tells me everyday that my independence and intelligence is one of the main traits that attracted him.

-Back story: he and I went to the same high school and were friends in high school, so we have known each other for years. We didn't start dating until 2 years ago -

The ONLY time his skin color becomes an issue is when someone else brings it up. I don't see him as a sexy, well-hung, luciously black, Mandingo. I see him as my fiancee and my best friend. There are numerous reasons, both biologically and psychologically, why WW like BM. These reasons are as varied as the people who have them and that doesn't make them wrong. I know for me, personally, I have found someone who doesn't mind that I am strong-willed and ambitious. If it were a Hispanic man, that would have been fine. If it were a white man, it would have been fine too. If it were Asian, Middle Eastern or Bigfoot, it would have been fine. As long as he respected me then it wouldn't have mattered.

My personal experience is this: WM have found me to be "Hard to handle, too 'bitchy,' and too ambitious." They feel that since I won't be sitting at home waiting on them a'la Donna Reed, then I have no merit as a potential wife/mate/gf. They are intimidated by my goals and personality. It becomes a competition and I don't want that in my relationship. Is that all WM - probably not, but in my experience it has been. My fiance was the first man that I met that was comfortable with who I was and what I wanted. He just happened to be a BM.

My 2 cents, for what it's worth.
