The red font is as clear as night and day. There's no other way to say it. I put up with it every night. Just once I'd like to see them act normal.

I hate the crime here. The want to be thugs. I had an encounter this weekend that was not good with a young guy with a gun?? I noticed it in the back of his over length shirt. I told him I saw it and he replied "so what muther fucker". He put his hand in my face with his fingers pointed at me like he was imitating a gun.

I grabbed his hand and twisted his wrist until his back was on my front side. I hit the gun?? hard with my palm and he went down to the floor in pain. I prayed I did not injure him seriously and I did not. I just wanted to show him how easily he can be taken down, even with his false sense of security. Ok...it was reflex more than to show him a lesson. Yes I know that!!!

He tried to reach for it and I put one knee on his neck and the other over his reaching arm/hand. I hit him with the palm of my hand in his xiphoid process with just a little bit of downward pressure, not a lot to break a rib.

That little bit of air he had left was exhailed and he could not inhale again because of my knee on his neck. He lost consciousness and I thought to myself... "damn .. now the police here are gonna hate me too" so I eased up off of his neck so he can breathe again.

He started breathing and I told the clerk to call police while I left the store.

Later the police came to my home and questioned me. Seems that I got caught on camera doing that. Luckily he was already wanted for something?? My car was on camera too. I had no idea they had a camera in the parking lot. Guess its not too hard to track a DOD car sticker. No license plate at all.

They actually thanked me when I thought they came to arrest me ...LOL Guess I will get a court date soon but for all I know it could have been a fake gun. I have no idea if that guy is guilty or not. All I know is what I thought it was and his response to me. I tried telling them that but they assured me that the gun was real.

I remember a similar case in NY but the gun was NOT real. That guy tried to rob a store and had already robbed several people with the fake gun.

I wonder if thats the same thing in this case?? I feel bad that I even got involved now because I never checked when I had the chance.

I have been in situations where people thought I was the guilty party but I was not. Only hum bugs saved me on the spot. I even had my pockets ripped from my pants by police. No apologies or anything after finding out I was not the one.

In one incident I was looking for the guilty party the police were after. IT WAS ME!!! I must have been the easiest guy to catch since I was just standing there looking around. I have some bad experiences and thats why I NEVER run in NYC.

Well... I hope he really had a gun. It looked like one and hurt my hand when I hit it with my palm. Thats all I can say in all fairness because I never saw it.

Im backing down because I have no proof. I could have checked but I chose to leave the store.

The guy was out of it when I left. No threat to anyone!!! Its my own conscience thats getting to me if I need to take the stand.

I can NOT truthfully say that he had a weapon!!! That bothers me a lot!!!
