Haha the crazy part is i actually havent lol combined with having no appetite from being ill and then just stepping it up a notch with healthy eating that is the result and maybe a couple of crunches once a week.
Excellent work man, I been slacking posting in here. I been running around all over the place. Finally made it to 7.5 miles a week ago. Will attempt 7.6 this week slowly making my way to 8.
You got it. I basically work out at the gym and walk regularly just to maintain and stay healthy. I started running again to get back in run shape for a 10k in late October. I think I started too early as I'm pretty much ready, but still 4 weeks away from the event.
Not wanting to fall off the wagon... I think I will pull out my bicycle and/or start back running. With the gyms closed the walking and pushups are kinda boring.
