I'll revive this thread by saying I am an Aussie after all and I have no idea what slim juice wrappers are. 45 mins stationary bike today (the ones that look more like a road bike with no digital anything) alternating between sprints and steep climbs, killer! 15 mins elliptical to round it off.
slim jim juice (grease) wrappers the greasy film that lines the inside of the wrappers..does that make any sense
Lol.. Sadly not there right at this minute but Haha.. Yes. Biltong! As it's known in English in southern Africa region. And in Aussie we usually have 'twiggy sticks' instead.. They are different though, like tiny skinny sticks of spicy salami. We do have the jerky but it's not popular. South Africans and the botsies do it best. After a wedding they might even make it with some of the leftover beef that was fresh. Vegetarians need not apply! Food wise I love some of the shit you guys have in the states but I know it's gotta be bad for me..
Lol.. Noo you can't take credit for that, i have a mouth at times but it's time and place etc. On workouts, it's 5.40 am and 5 celcius outside (that's about 40) which is about as cold as it gets here.. I need to get up Now if I'm to make it before work but it seems so hard.. Pass the slim jims
i used to work out after work, but I switched over to mornings before work as well. and no slim jims...those things cant be healthy potty mouth
thinking to start walking thats all i can do for now .. will go today for a small walk about 20 mins.and see if i can keep this 3 times a week for now i know that is nothing but hard for me even to keep myself standing this days so that is a lot for me to start

7/20/11 I did a one hand push up for the first time in my life. :smt026 6.05 miles on the treadmill today. Went to the gym 6 time last week. Diet high protein and candy.
Candy.. Be serious!! Err yeah.. I lost the plot for a bit this week- fried chicken, magwina in huge quantities (a special dough that is fried) and snickers... And sticky ribs. I always go a bit funny first few days when I travel back and forth though. Love the food here and go crazy a few days....mmm
