Thanks Ches :freehug: I love doing crunches and all those other exercises. The problem with those stupid muscles is that they hide under fat instead of replacing it. But you are right, sucking it in might help as well.
Thank you. Btw, no I'm no military chic (couldn't be since I'm German). The shorts are a leftover from my last relationship. They are comfy....
well I may as well join in lol. I don't go to a gym, I workout at home, and I love it! Since 2010 I've lost 20lbs and gone from a uk size 16/18 to a 12/14 (I actually went lower than this, but I got really obsessive and a bit addicted, and had to stop and I regained some of what I had lost, which took me to the 20lb mark, instead of the 40lb that I lost in the first place, it was making me ill because I'm type one diabetic) anyway, now I'm just trying to stay fit and healthy and not regain anymore. I don't have a ''routine'' as such, but I do at least one fitness dvd every day, unless I am working a ten hour shift (which is only three times a fortnight), or on more energetic days I will do two or even three if I'm pushing it lol. At the moment, my favourite routine is a dvd called ''weight loss cardio kick'' which is kickboxing themed, and a hell of an energy blast! so anyway, today I did level 1 of ''30 day shred'' by Jillian Michaels, and my cardio kick dvd, so thats 65 minutes of 'proper' workout today, and I also had a short 30 minute walk, but I don't really count that, as I was walking with my youngest, and he's only slow haha.
What he said...wow! As for me, I have to admit, I've been slacking off the last 2-3 weeks. I've been too tired from having my son beat me in tennis every day while serving as his practice dummy, lol.
Well, that sounds like a pretty intense work out to me. Plus both of you had some fun together. Priceless
