    I'm quite far from that but still

    On my way to gym now after 2 weeks away.

    I can't think of anytime in years I went two wks doing nothing.

    I so half assed it today. Only 30 minutes cardio and no weights. So tired from not sleeping last night. Hopefully better tomorrow.

    Definitely got get more disciplined fam, consistency is key...I had to take my brother for a 7 am out patient procedure this morning. I went to bed at midnight, woke up at 3 am, and was awake for the rest of the day. I still managed to make in to my work out though, despite being tired, and the work out went well. I hope that I can get some sleep tonight. I don't require much, only 5 hours and I'm good. Keep at it. To the victor go the spoils.

    I walked 20 minutes today... i guess not even worth mention this:smt003 but it is better than nothing ..

    Nice... walk anywhere fun? :) Every little bit counts (not that you need it, hehe)!



    As for me, did zumba today, then went swimming.

    Zumba again tomorrow, then some weights... let's see if I can walk on Saturday :p

    One hour of cardio and 20 minutes of weights.
    10 exercises hitting all body parts 25 reps each. Let's see if I can keep this up.

    No Nyx, it is worth mentioning....any minutes of any kind of exercise is better than none...when I have to miss my workouts, I feel like shit until I get back to the gym, so you continue, NONE is what is not worth mentioning!
