Wayne Ellington getting it done

Former Tar Heels star and Philly native Wayne Ellington was drafted By Minnesota last night in the NBA draft. The good news is that he now collects an NBA paycheck. The bad news is that his nineteen year old girlfriend (Wayne's 21) won't likely be coming with him. You see she goes to a well-known Philly school named Drexel and she is likely going to finish her college years there.

Her name is Amanda Altschuler. Oh, and she looks like this....








She was upset that the Philadelphia Sixers did not draft Wayne so she could be closer to him. Frankly if I was Wayne I'd think about getting myself traded back to the East coast....yesterday.

The mans about to be a multi-millionaire. If you think he can't do better than that chick then your living on Pluto. Please, he's gonna have girls throwing themselves at him, everywhere he goes. Every club, every city. He should just play the field for a while and keep a raincoat on it. Then when he's ready he just locks down the best bid, with a 2 inch think pre-nump.

If only all NBA prospects would keep their shit straight, they would live better lives for it. That's right, I said it. Truth.

 

Maybe it's not all about looks.What's an outlookwise beautiful person worth if they're not beautiful inside and not compatible with you? She's not ugly at all.

 

I honestly think that young men that are about to come into a lot of money should do one of two things:

1.) Find a good woman when you are broke (go to the libary on campus and not the frat party).

2.) Or wait until you have "established" yourself and then find a good lady.


Instead of always reaching for the hottest dime-piece, find a woman that is actually marriage material. You know that you are going to be away for long stretches so you need a woman that you trust to help raise your children, a good partner that would love you regardless...a woman that knows how to handle her money and won't spend you into the poor house....someone that you actually want to fight for...and not someone that "looks" like a good wife that you'll end up cheating on because there is no connection.

Spending too much time playing the field and waiting means baby mama's, tabloids, and dating the kind of chicks that you wouldn't be caught dead with around your mama or at church. Find a wife...not a plaything.

And for athletes like him that aren't accustomed to not getting their way, it may help to find a woman that can actually challenge you instead of someone that goes along with everything you say and then wakes up one day when your playing days are over and decides she wants to roll with the pool boy and take half of your fortune while doing so.
