gouge the eyes out of the next person who stares at me and my BF with dropped jaws the next time we got out, WTF get over it...black and white people can DATE and MARRY and oh YEAH PROCREATE you MF douche lord
The few times that happened w my X, we always engaged in a silly, funny manner to break them down. We kinda though it was funny to do as we knew they were probably cringing inside.
When I was younger I had a little trouble controlling my mouth when it came to bitch asses like that. "What the fuck are looking at?" came out of my mouth more then once back then, lol. I'm still mouthy sometimes, but it's usually along the lines of being goofy & funny & mocking of the staring fool in the process. PDA is also an effective way to deal with 'em; they hate that.
This stopped being an issue for me loooooooooooooooooooong time ago. With maturity and age it will stop being an issue for you too.
lippy is so in her own world that i don't even notice if people are doing this...in fact, i am actually kind of flattered that people would take time out of their busy day to give us that much attention...think of it as a complement...smile and just enjoy each other...
I like to assume that they're staring cause we're both tall (me-6ft in heels, him-6'5") and hot as hell! If they're staring because I'm casper white and he's dark, well, it is a startling contrast, especially in photos!! I really wish just ONCE we could take a photo were both of our skin tones looked good...
Yeah, I don't notice it as much as I did when I was younger. Of course back then, the staring usually came from idiots that also liked to talk trash. I don't notice as much now because I don't pay other folks much attention, because I prefer to be focused on my man.
it used to really bother me when i was younger...i went to a high school that had one black guy...i dated someone from a rival high school...it was not a popular thing to do in montana...some kids could be so mean...always swimming upstream with the salmon
It didn't bother me so much as it would piss me off. We seldom had any black kids in school after my parents moved us to hickville, but some of the schools in the county did. I was allowed to have black friends but no boyfriends. I had to wait until I went off to school, & then there was no turning back for me...especially after my son came along. My family & the local rednecks & mexicans didn't take kindly my choice of men, but I did what I wanted to anyway & dealt with a lot of ugliness as a result. At times I got mean with the mean folks myself, but it was worth fighting for IMO.
MOST of the time it does not bother me Ymri. It was on that particular day, several people had been utter assholes.
