Yeah, the 3 strike rul is kinda sketchy, because in this case, the dude was hungry. He still broke the law, but I don't think that crime should be the one to put him away for 13 years.

My friend just got outta jail a couple months ago for 2 felonies from stealing from his jobs. I don't want him to go back for life for some bullshit. Especially since he has a kid.
