Walking backwards has so many benefits. I started doing it at Neuro therapy. Because it is so different than forward walking, our brain kick into overdrive the entire time. I use it to keep “Neuro plasticity” or the brain retiring continuing. Thanks for posting this because I cannot lie, every time I saw people doing this on the treadmill at the gym. My face cringed at them doing too much. Glad to know that I was just being ignorant and there are some positive benefits to it.
