I would be curious on how businesses, state and federal governments in america will react if this comes to pass. Will they have mandatory drug testing for anyone applying for work? Will car insurance rates double or even triple if a person uses pot?

For example: If a manager of a company who was under the influence of pot fires an employee can he sue to get his job back?

This will be interesting if this passes.

I was thinking somewhat on the same page. You have to know it's all about money. That's why it's even considered being legalized. To tap into that street money so it too can be TAXED. Not to mention the other avenues of moneymaking ideals like you mention above.

A lot of money WILL be made if pot is legalized. Industries will be built from it.

But if I was a business owner I would think twice about hiring someone who does pot.
