I guess this what people call a "Nigga Moment". As sad and pathetic this is, I still can't help but crack up at the absurdity of it all. It's a damn shame.

Then again, social Darwinism probably doesn't apply to everybody.

Careful now...that's only 90% of the overall world's population, with the US leading the charge.

 

That doesn't suprise me. It seems that Americans like to take pride in ignorance and anti-intellectualism. I mean I'm not the most intelligent person in the world myself, but still.

 

Make that some Americans, not all.

 

It's more evident to this day, especially with media plurality. People like to ignore facts and brush it off as just "another opinion."

 

Sad and funny. Only bystanders hit by the shots. No karma there.

 

Agreed. I admit I do the same thing sometimes too.

 

We're all bound by conviction, certainly. But there is a fine line to draw where if facts can be presented and yet someone still believe otherwise, they are just highly deluded.
