Tv show "the biggest loser" harmful to contestants?

    A study reveals that the shows tactics have been harmful to the contestants. They regained the weight. Its alledged they had them use drugs to lose the lbs. Watch the video for details.

    My cousin Trent Patterson was on that show, but he dropped out. I hadn't seen him since 1978.

    I think the tactics are more cerebral than physical.

    It takes a lot of time and willpower to lose weight. And it is a lot more difficult to do on a reality show.

    I couldn't access the clip. I could only assume that the contestants were given raspberry ketones. It has been known to help people lose weight. But the weight returns later.

    It seems to be more serious than that but I don't know what raspberry ketones are so it could be on the same level.

    Raspberry ketones are fat burners. Almost as popular as Garcinia Cambogia. Studies have shown that there are adverse side effects like low blood pressure or high blood sugar levels.
