Anyone remember this IR tv show back in the 90s? It was like the Brady Bunch for the then-new generation very progressive....even by today's standards If this has been talked about before, my bad.. I don't recall seeing anything about this and figured it was very overlooked.. but as people can attest, my memory is shit :smt111
not quite sure how I came about this really... think I spend too much time on the internet but I do remember the show and recognize some of the actors like I said before, the show was ahead of its time. You had shows where black kids were adopted by white parents, or something like that, but you never had a show featuring an IR couple raising kids.
I remember being upset that the show didn't stay on longer. I think I watched every episode (if I recall correctly).
i remember watching it on a recurring basis.. also "South Central".. I wanted them both to last longer than they did.. but I found the writing to be lacking in both shows.. It just seemed to be a little 'dumbed down' or 'afterschool-special'-esque often times.. but they were at least decent attempts..
I was thinking about South Central while I was watching that clip. TVOne that recently played ALL seven episodes!
I've never seen that show. I don't think so?? Hmm. Very progressive, indeed. I LOL'd at the'Directed by Peter Bonerz' part.
