Zimmerman's trial is set for June 10th, 2013.

 

And he's being held until trial, correct?

This case is coming up in a couple of months. And I knew the biggest mistake at the start was charging this as a 2nd degree murder. Zimmerman is going to walk because of the negligence of the State Prosecutor. Unreal.

 

Same ish that got OJ off, smh. They proved that Mark Furman lied under oath and and used the word nigger before, so they had to suppress any evidence that he recovered...blood, prints, dna evidence...so OJ walked. Such an injustice then, and will be an injustice now. Technicalities are a muh-fucka...smh.

She lied about some shit about going to the hospital to visit someone. But it's documented she was indeed on the phone with Trayvon before the attack and when he was shot.

She wasn't the entire case anyway. The prosecution really didn't need her to convict Zimmerman.

The fact remains you can't follow someone knowing you're carrying a loaded firearm, get into an altercation and shoot them dead, them claim self-defense.

 

I feel you Dre, but this is still a victory for his defense team. This was the prosecutions strongest witness. Proving she lied could prove to be the death knell for this case. My guess would be he walks away with manslaughter of some sort and time served/some probation.
