And then there are some of us who feel as though we were born guilty. http://tv.msnbc.com/2012/12/13/its-as-if-we-were-born-guilty-the-central-park-five/ Justice system is not infallible, no matter how badly you want to believe that it is.
Wow, does this story get any more bizarre??? :smt017 George Zimmerman Emerged From Hiding for Truck Crash Rescue By MATT GUTMAN and ALEXIS SHAW | Good Morning America – 1 hour 4 minutes ago Someone speculated... 'What if had been someone on their way to kil him??'... :?
They got false confessions ^ . Very sad... reminds me of the West Memphis Three, except they sat on Death Row...Our system does not always listen to facts. Often power hungry Prosecutors want convictions, justice be damned... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/West_Memphis_Three
this just brought me back to the port Arthur massacre and the reason why Australia has gun control laws.
TDK, if there weren't 2 kids involved in the crash, I might buy the staged. Haha, maybe he should team up with this guy! v v v (classic BB)
You're right, bro. I need to go for a jog to get this out of my system. Each report gets more nauseating than the last.
Convicted or not George Zimmerman is a dead man walking. He knows it. Anyone with more than 6 brain cells knows it. Rescuing people in chance car wrecks will not help his standing in 'murica. He's marked. And the person who kills him will probably have no remorse..seeing as how he got away with murdering a CHILD (seriously? Even THIS needs to be spelled out?). That's real and justified vigilantism.
Seriously, everybody said that about Casey Anthony too. She's still alive....somewhere, making youtube videos about herself. The public interest in this case is dwindling, and the fever pitch has gone down from last week. This isn't the Wild West. I very much doubt that someone is going to risk spending the rest of their life in prison just to kill George Zimmerman.
Our existing justice system and our jurisprudence process is totally immaterial and totally inconsequential to the people you are trying to reach.....to them, the trial was unfairly conducted with unfair jurors and was all for naught........
Nope.... just saying our justice system is not without flaw and jurors do not always get it right. Some of us are still capable of thinking for ourselves, having our own thoughts and opinions and coming to our own conclusions. If the jury found GZ guilty, would you still be on your perch proclaiming your love for a justice system that just sent your boy to prison?
No. They would be in here talking about how the jurors were all overly emotional females incapable of using any logic and adhering to "facts" and how they were clearly influenced by an overly biased & "liberal"media or white guilt or some other influencing factors from their POV.
If the evidence was substantial enough, I would have no problem with it. But the evidence in this case wasn't even remotely convictable, yet some people, like Ra, see it as a slam dunk case that should've returned a guilty verdict. Not even close.
Unlike you I'm using common sense. Once Zimmerman chose to step out of his vehicle everything that happened afterwards is pure speculation. Not evidence. Not fact. If that's how you see it then that's your right. Just stop trying to convince other people that their opinions on this are wrong. Thank You.
I will ask you this question that I have asked you before and received no reply: Why are you so invested in what other people think about this whole matter? Why do you keep coming back to this thread and jumping on anyone whose opinion on this differs from your own in anyway?
