How awful. Hopefully he'll be OK.

 

Critically injured? Yikes. I hope he's okay.

TMZ had some Twitter pics of Tracey during his performance that night, and his opening act, Ardie Fuqua, tweeted a pic of the bus just 30 mins before the crash, along with a FB comment...


"We traveled back to NYC in style in a luxury Mercedes Sprinter. Road life is a good life!"


It has been revealed by police that the Driver likely fell asleep at the wheel and didn't stop in time for slowed traffic...
As such, Walmart just stepped up -

Update to his story. Though I'm not sure why he said broken leg AND broken femur, as the femur is the thigh bone. But it sounds positive.

 

It is a loss indeed. Heard he is recovering. No doubt he was cracking jokes.

 

This is good news. So sorry to hear about his writer/friend. I saw an item on the news ticker that said the driver of the other vehicle was going to be charged? Any validity to that?
