Fricking amazing too bad we weren't paying all those legends tens of millions of dollars instead of these whiney ungrateful fucks

How/why are they whiny and ungrateful?
Keep in mind, the players didn't lock themselves out.
You don't pay them as much as the TV deals pay the league, teams and in turn the players.

Shouldn't most of the anger be directed at the players? Either way they're back so I guess we can enjoy it.

These pre-madonna's rather build super teams than actually work hard with the team they have. As a life long fan of the game one can tell there is a major difference between the players of today and those of yesteryear.

Are you kidding? Jordan played with the Bulls for 8 years before they won a championship. He didn't leave in 89 to go play with the Lakers or the Pistons to win a championship fam.

the how about the 80s showtime lakers? they had magic, kareem, and worthy? the 80s celtics had bird, mchale, and parish and had a former MVP named bill walton coming off the bench.

    you're reaching.

these players just want to win and like most other professions they want to work in the bigger markets

Did Magic leave another team to go to the Lakers? Nope. Did Bird? Nope. Did Jordan? Nope. These greats stayed where they were and had patience. Lebron has no heart. He's an incredible talent but soft.

no but Kareem did.. so did Wilt before him.

im far from a lebron fan boy but there is nothing soft about his game. have you watched the first two games? he lost to a team in the finals that had solid veterans and were shooting lights out.

Weren't you doing para diddles when the Knicks who picked up Amare and Carmelo from OTHER teams almost picked up CP3 a few weeks ago?

    Ya damn skippy :D

But my point was this generation of ballplayers are soft and weak in comparison to those that came before because they're all looking for easy ways to a championship. I even have to respect Kobe cause dude won two championships without Shaq.
Speaking of the Lakers everyone criticized the hell out of Karl Malone and Gary Payton for jumping ship to the Lakers in their final seasons as a hail mary to getting a ring. Why does Bron Bron get a pass?

Boy is a beast. I was watching his highlights at the gym this morning. Dude is easily the best forward in the league and could easily be the best 2 guard if he wanted to be.

he still needed memphis to ship him gasol for trinkets. the season before they got him they were a 7 seed

Lebron doesn't get a pass. Dude is the NBA's biggest target. (Kris Humphries doesn't count, his shit was off the court).

are you kidding me bro? You think wade left yet? What team has he been on since he got to the nba. Scottie went to the bulls. Lebron went to heat. Bosh went to heat. Rodman went bulls. The only difference in beginning years is that wade got his ring earlier than Jordan. Get this, He is pushing toward his 9th year.

Dude, the picture even has them sitting in the same spots.

    Jordan and wade(shooting guard)

    lebron and pippen(both are forwards)

    bosh and rodman.(power forwards)

    You are reaching man.

Teams have been collecting long before the heat started. The fact that it took jordan 8 years to win a ring shows how much you need to collect and that's jordan!

For clarification, Pippen was traded for Olden Polynice.

true, but he still did go to the bulls. The 80's and 90's have their own version of super friends.

make no doubt about it the teams are out for money. It is still business.

My point was that team leaders weren't jumping ship to find a ring. Rodman and Pippen were support players not leaders. Lebron was supposedly a leader that's why it looks bad. Get it now?
