I was kinda thinking the same thing when I saw the news coverage this morning lol...that little boy's hair...IJS
Doesn't surprise me at all. Between his wife and his mother's own genes coded for thick, straight hair, I'm not surprised. In PR it's common for an IR couple to have a black child, a white one and a mixed one, all from the same sets of parents.
awww too cute how he is hanging on to dad for dear life... this doesn't surprise me at all...I see lots of mixed kids with light wavy hair...more than likely as he gets older his hair will get darker and a bit more curly...
This...and this! My friend and her husband (bm/ww) have a son with super light (almost blond) hair and blue eyes, but their daughter has darker hair and brown eyes. Sometimes recessive traits win out! I don't think it's as uncommon as people think. There's just so much more to determining what a child will look like, than just the looks of mom and dad.
We have several kids in our wwbm family that have a similar look so, yeah. Not uncommon or suspect at all. Geez.
The title is for sensationalism, GEEZ. true that, you have families like this.... BUT then you have families like this...
