In a large country like the US, it wouldnt usually carry much weight but in a small one, it does, just because of numbers.
Given the small population of Sweden (9 million) it comes with privileges such as floating w the rich and famous etc.

To me, if you are in the top few percent of income in a country, I consider that rich even if its not Tiger Woods rich. If you have much more money than the average dude, then you are rich. Elins family has much more money than say 95% of Sweden.

If her family is richer than 95 % of Sweden pops then she is very rich by swedish standard. BUT in Estados Unidos might not be rich and she is not in a same Financial league with Tiger Woo Woo. LoL
