There are times when divorce forces people to do strange things. Burn sheets. Throw out clothes. Toss rings into the ocean. But when you get $100 million in your divorce, you can trump just about anything and that's what happened with Tiger Woods' ex-wife when she bought a $12 million home and bulldozed the whole thing. Yes, according to TMZ, Elin Nordegren bought a $12 million home in North Palm Beach, Fla., but didn't like it, and has plowed the whole thing. The house, which had six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, is now just rubble, with no word yet on what is going to replace the beautiful building you see above, but I guess when you have nine figures in the bank, it doesn't really matter what you want. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Hahaha, nice to see Tiger's money supporting Florida’s construction industry...
My reps requested otherwise. Semi break. Relax JC I'll let you guys continue with your reguarly scheduled ass kissing buddy.
She buys a $12 Million mansion only to bulldoze it to the ground because she didn't like it? Now that was a very c___y thing to do. smh
Watch her ass go broke cause she don't know how to act with her money. She killed over ten percent of her money right there. Next week, this mufucka's gonna fly American Airlines, have a horrible in-flight meal, buy the airlines and then bulldoze the shit.
maybe she liked the lot the house sat on but not the house...people do this kind of stuff all the time especially if they have money to burn...
It makes me think of the ritzy neighborhood in Denver where they do it all the time. They want the land and the address but hate the house. Rich folks do things the rest of us don't.
exactly...infact when you pull property records there is a price for the land and/or lot and then a price for the erected structure on the lot...
I guess us 99.9 percenters just can't grasp that concept. 12 mill for a house is obnoxious to begin with especially when you didn't earn a penny. I wonder how much donated to charity or helping out others. Bet not a fucking red cent. Disgusted.
I would be curious to know the value of the house vs the value of the land. She paid 12 mil for both. Where were all you indignant people when this happened: http://scallywagandvagabond.com/201...use-because-it-didnt-have-enough-ocean-views/ Or this: http://www.contactmusic.com/news/klein-tears-down-hamptons-mansion_1104131 In some zips it's about the dirt and not about the building. There aren't emply lots so people do as they please to live where they want, if they have money. :smt069
that's the case around the area that i live. there is no free land and i've seen people spend millions on an old decrepit home because of that. in my street alone there are 6 homes being built after the old one was knocked down
