Even if she was wrong for throwing this party and subjecting her kids to this (and she was wrong), if she woke up to anyone, regardless of age having sex with her then that's rape. Whether she threw that kind of party doesn't matter she never, ever should have had that happen to her.

And as far as protesting, she said that she had essentially passed out from whatever it was that she was doing. There's no way that she would have been able to give consent or protest the fact that it was happening.

And this is why I think often times women are far more harsh on other women

Bingo. What that woman (won't even call her a mother) did is deplorable but what's equally fucking nauseating is the cavalier attitude some have about her possible rape. Her actions were shitty, guess she deserved to be raped. Wtf is wrong with people. She needs help, hell jail time even...shitty actions don't justify her rape though. It's mind boggling to me that that even has to be said.

For a lot of people especially Christians rape is a perfectly acceptable punishment. No one gives a fuck that men get raped in prison to everyone it's well deserved no matter how minor the transgression.

Idk, I was raised Christian and a good portion of my family are church-going believers and none of them believe rape to be an acceptable punishment. I'd like to believe it's a select few who view rape as justifiable. Incredibly heartless imo. This woman is a sorry excuse for a mother right now, maybe it's the drugs/alcohol, maybe she doesn't understand what it means to be a parent...she didn't deserve to be RAPED though. Period.

That woman needs help. She's obviously sick. The litmus for disease associated addiction seems to be a willingness to risk everything to serve a compulsion. This fits the mo

That's definitely how it is in the Bible belt. The most religious people are often the first ones to want someone to be killed, tortured, etc., and the last ones to want to actually turn the other cheek. Their mentality is definitely more Old Testament than New Testament.

One of the rare times I'm going to have to agree with you here.

This blows me away (even though it shouldn't!) Just because someone was doing something completely awful does not mean that it's ok for someone to have raped her (if that's actually what happened).

It's normal to be outraged by horrendous behavior and even to possibly wish something bad upon someone in such situation. But to condone a rape, in any situation, is inexcusable.

The woman is totally skanky, guilty of atrocious behavior, and a sorry excuse for a mother, but that doesn't mean she had the rape coming to her (if it really did happen). There is definitely no excuse for her behavior, and the same goes for her alleged rapist as well. If he started fucking her while she was passed out when she wasn't able to consent, he raped her and should be held accountable for it. I don't care what the situation is, no one ever deserves to be raped & no one should condone or wish rape on even their own worst enemy.

How is the daughter complicit? When her mother claimed the boyfriend raped her, her daughter expressed guilt that he (likely) did it because she couldn't take his penis.

So you know, though...the cops are refusing to charge the teen boy. Said 'no crime was committed and 16 is legal."
So they either find her version not credible, or flat out are denying her justice.

I don't think he wanted to rape her . . . he just thought she was a FREAK after her living room display and decided to roll the dice. She didn't stop the sex it sounds. I would have probably done the same unless I was in love with her daughter.

I am putting myself in the high school junior's shoes. If that had been me I might have taken my shot at the mom too . . . especially today with all the freaky stuff that Debra LeFavre and her "Hot for Teacher" contemporaries have willingly engaged in since 2003 Something like that only happens in the teenage dreams of most youth . . . he had to try to fuck that mom :smt043 I don't blame him in the least

I have read about scenarios like this in Penthouse's Advisor book collections, Penthouse: Forum and Penthouse: Variations books. I had often read the same story from time to time over the years. They would alter it but keep the same momentum in the story. But, in the Real World, such stories titillate and infuriate(depending on which side of the fence you're on). It has often been in 80's movies like Valley Girl, Class and others. On the serious side, I think it is a sign of disrespect for her daughter. I think she would be ashamed of her mother for doing these things.

Let's not forget, we still don't know if she was actually raped or was this something she said after the fact to try and deflect some of the blame off of her.

Was the boy ever charged with rape? If so, did the charge stick or was the allegation investigated then dropped? Remember, all we have at this point is her word. Given her behavior, not only that night but in general, I'm not too quick to believe her.

First you talk about rolling the dice with 17 year olds, now this. Once you get locked up you are gonna need plastic surgery a new social security card and finger prints or expect every dad in your neighborhood to think of you when he loads them shotgun slugs. Not to mention the but fucking you gonna get in prison. Lol. With all of the legal pussy out here you must be trolling or out of your mind. :smt043
