lmao ive tried a slew of different brands...lets say that some are packed with more shit-inducing fiber than others :smt043
i definitely cut back on the shakes and only drink one prior to working out i replaced 'shake times' with tuna fish or other quick stuff
pretty much protein shakes are nothing but meal replacements, for people that don't want to cook or eat before/after workouts i have less bubbly guts tho
