    Even a prenup can be overturned by a judge.Certain states offer split alimony so a prenup would be obsolete.Another reason why I'm gonna stay single.lol

    OMG, sorry but fuck that mother. How dare she sit back and let that happen to the FATHER of her kids. 100%? And she didn't care? What a rotten bitch.

    I don't understand why the courts typically favor the mother over the father in custody cases.

    Parents, no matter how much one hates the other, should never try to destroy each other because of the kids.

    Couldn't agree more. It's sickening that she had the power to have him put back in jail for 180 days because he's not able to pay 100%+ of his post tax income?? How absurd is that? How can a judge expect anyone to pay 100% of their income in alimony/child support? Some women (and some men probably) know all too well how to work the system and unfortunately they get away wth it. What a terrible example that mother is setting for her kids...and shame on the court system for permitting it.

    I used to be a proponent of marriage but this shit is downright scary and makes it not seem worthwhile. Stories like this are enough to make a man go insane from sheer anger, literally.

    I mean that man's life is a wrap. Fucked up.
