    IR = Interacial

What are the things that can totaly turn you off in Interacial dating?

I would say having the whole conversation based on having an Interacial date.

Not only does this show your lack of experience, but your limited social skills.

    Please add on. :)

I used to think it was rather odd when someone would want to talk about the whole IR thing...but I'm ok with it now. I understand that there are those who are asking questions (have you dated a black man before, have you had a RELATIONSHIP with a black man before, etc?) often times because they are trying to avoid the whole experiment situation. Also many just don't want to deal with any family/friends issue. Hey I feel the same way myself!

I'm someone who wants to be able to but talk with whoever I'm with about anything and everything.

I think it's more the manner in which someone chooses to discuss something rather than what they are actually discussing.

I'm not really big on people who say chocolate and vanilla and things like that.

    Some things I don't recommend:

"Is it true that white people smell like dog when they come out of the rain?"

"You seem to have more class than most black guys."

"You must be one of them girls that want a caramel baby."

"I want to go to the 'hood, see what that's like."

I don't think it's cool to incorporate racial comments into sex.

    here are some questions i was asked when i started dating my man;

Are you sure you can handle being in an interracial relationship ....

What are you gonna do when someone makes a comment to us in public...

Dont be surprised if a black women gets in your face sayin you white bitches take all our men....

seriously he got me worked up in a frenzy thinkin i better watch my dam back dating him. hahahahhaah now i have looked back into the last 2 years and aint one fuckin time shit been said to me. aint noone looked at me funny. no comments out load been made at least i never heard any.

i dont think for one time i ever thought about his race while holding his hand in public or eating at a restaurant or being at some event with him.

seriously i think he was more worried about the shit than anything...maybe he had some bad past experiences but not i.

i think the only time i ever think of anything having to do with race is when our skin touches and i see a color contrast-which i think is so beautiful.....

The hood is the kind of place that you won't want to come back to. The worst thing is people asking you for money in the street every five minutes thinking that if you're white, you're rich. I also had my car kicked when it was parked, so now I have dents. Dirt, poverty and crime, nothing romantic. The only thing to brighten that is people dressed nicely on Sundays when they're on their way from church.

See, that all depends on the person and if what is said happens to be hurtful and degrading.

    "You are so articulate"

"Soul Plane and Friday After Next be my favorite movies" says white girl
"Have you ever heard of Roots, Shaka Zulu or Malcolm X?" says black man
"Naw, I ain't neva heard o' dem movies befo" says white girl

"I'm not a typical, hood-lovin' black guy. I speak proper English etc."- if that's what you are, you don't have to point that out...plenty of people will point that out for you.

(during sex)..."Ooh nigga, swing that Mandingo lovin baby" a fine line that a white woman must be careful of crossing...you can't anticipate the man's reaction.

"Are your nipples pink?"- if the girl likes a brotha...you'll find out soon enough

"Shoot, I luv's me some fried chicken"- if you're a white girl and you like fried chicken..ask yourself...if the dude was white..would you even care to tell him that you like fried chicken.

"I heard that black girls' privates smell like chicken, Asian girl's smell like fish and white girl's smell like beef...do white girl's good-good smell like beef?"- I have heard the question asked...and no it wasn't me.

"Why are black guys always angry?"-(not all bros. are angry..I know this) but if you have to ask the question...you might not be ready for the 'black experience'

"White women have it easier than anyone"- rarely true in most cases...white women's experiences are probably akin to the Buffalo Bills of the NFL in the early 90's...always in the Super Bowl (close..no cigar) but that doesn't mean they are taking home any Vince Lombardi trophies

Why did you support Hillary over Barack? - not worth the time.

The first black guy I ever dated seemed to be paranoid that white people were starring at us all the time-which in fact-most of the time they were not! (That got on my nerves)! If I am ever around mostly black people and they are looking at me - I don't get all gi jane and have a heart attack- sometimes people are actually just looking around!!! and once we were at my favorite restaurant and it was very busy and we had to wait and when we got seated- he said "see they sat us in the back"! I said 'BECAUSE THAT WAS WHAT WAS AVAILABLE"!!!!! I said I have sat back here before with all white people! That paranoid shit is ridiculous sometimes!
And that crap about oh- you white women have it so easy-is equally annoying as saying to a black man- so have you been to prison? :D

The first time I went into the forum's chat service, one guy approached me and asked me if I like BBC. Not being the abbreviation connaisseur that I am today, I thought he meant the TV channel. And I said "Sure, they're great!"
It took me some time to realize what he meant... so I wouldn't advise black men to use such abbreviations on a first date. Or ever, for that matter.

  16. lmaooo. :p .SO DO YOU LIKE THE "BRITISH BROADCASTING COMPANY TO????

So I take it that you're not very good at short-hand. Not that BBC would imply that something would really be considered short.

Exactly, Tony. An abbreviation is an insult. What if I had asked him if he likes HIV (Hot International Vixens)?
