OK, obviously you havent been following this case and dont know all the details. He has been thru hell the last few months, as he was originally charged with murder, arrested and had to bond out. Just because they grand jury did not endite him does not mean the DA cannot again bring charges at a later date. Also, according to his and her lawyer they are planning to stay together. "Despite everything, Mulder said that the Robersons are planning to stay together."
