The term "Bi racial"

She's saying plenty, you apparently either lack basic reading comprehension skills, or simply don't want to listen. Whikle has plainly offered to discuss this with you in a new thread, so if you want an answer to your question, feel free to start that thread, otherwise stop giving her crap just for the hell of it.

You spent a long time conjuring up this response. I have never once denied you a mature discussion on Aboriginal issues, you're the one who's choosing not to go there. I don't wish to derail this thread any further.

If you took the time to actually read and understand what I was saying (and what I've explained to you 3 times now) you'll see that I wasn't being negative towards African American people, I was calling out the negativity of one particular troll who was the one using racial slurs and negative generalisations about his own race. I was simply appalled by his audacity. But you choose to look past that and label me as an ignorant racist in order to fit in with whatever agenda you seem to have.

I'm done with you. Please don't address me again and I will extend you the same courtesy.

I call myself (race & ethnicity): "FRESH Almondee Brown"

It not only describes my skin tone, but generalizes my characteristics, norms, values, etc.

Lol, you should write it down on the next application you get asking for your ethnicity.

Come on Espy - you know you're the only woman for me. You don't always have to be so pushy and jealous. I promise I won't leave the toilet seat up next time, okay? Huh? What? No, don't be silly. Of course you're still pretty. Yes, of course I still love you...

Oh, and one more thing Espy. It's funny how whikle came to this thread and derailed it by stalking me - trying to continue a conversation from another thread. Thanks for showing a lack of bias. Good Job! Keep up the good work!

You accusing anyone of stalking or bias is downright laughable. So again let me just say if you believe someone is being inappropriate towards you, just report the post.

I always mark other, or bi-racial for lack of any other choices, they won't peg me down in their narrow-minded conformity lol.

side note (not necessarily for you LS): Pay close attention.:smt073

One step ahead of you on that babe. ;)

Really? And why is it "downright laughable?" Why aren't you even attempting to address my concern - at all?

The idea that Anten believes I was stalking him is downright laughable. When really I was trying to point out that we had common ground and could perhaps maturely discuss any issue he may have had with me. My attempts to avoid derailing the thread were ignored, so.. what's a girl to do?

FRESH is the new LA! And my thoughts exactly, my friend...

You derailed the thread by coming into it - trying to continue a conversation from a previous post.

If you had even attempted to answer my question, you would have not only engaged me in a conversation that is VERY RELEVANT to the thread title; but, you would have also either confirmed or debunked any concern on my part that your comments were a part of your outlook.

If you would have even attempted to answer my question, you would have addressed the BI-RACIAL nature of the entire Stolen Generation dilemna in your own country.

But no, instead you come into this thread; throw out some attitude; call me immature; and fail to demonstrate that you have even the most remote understanding of race relations in your OWN country - let alone the United States.

Now we come to the case of Espy here - who just barges right in on a conversation and commits snap judgements based without even a cursory review of the posts that proceeded it. Moreover, can't you make a critical comment to me without explicitly insulting me? There are things that people say which are unintentionally insulting - and so, who cares? But, it is ironic and - yes, "laughable" - that you proclaim that I lack "basic reading comprehension skills..."

I refer you to the bolded portion of my previous post below. This is an attempt to address your concern and is what I suggest to any member who feels they are being personally attacked, stalked, or harassed. That is the appropriate way to address your concerns, and you have already been informed of that by the Webmaster as well.

If you go back and read what I wrote you'll note that it was an either/or comment. Either you lack basic reading comprehension skills, or you simply don't want to listen. If you chose to zero in on the former, rather than the later, that's on you. Personally I think your reading comprehension skills are sufficient, so I happen to think it is the later that leads you to repeat the same question multiple times after it's been answered. I also suspect you do this to irritate people, it's all part of the games you came here to play.

As to the first part of the above post, any opinion I may hold of you is based upon your posting history, and not a couple of posts in this particular thread. I don't make snap judgments, however you really aren't that deep or difficult to read. There also is no 'barging' in on conversations on a forum. Anyone can post in any thread, and I know you have enough experience with the forum to know that.

I've read your comments. Whikle asked "why are you so down on me" - no big deal. I tried to initiate a dialogue with what I thought was a simple question. She wasn't willing - and so we had a stalemate. If she didn't want to discuss anything, she shouldn't have brought it up. But, since I'm not in your clique, it seems you can only see things from your buddies' side.

I don't have a clique, so apparently I must have missed the membership drive or something, I'll have to look into that as I'm such a joiner and I just can't bear to be left out of the loop on anything. :smt042 The things you say, and your overall point of view is really amusing, you're like a middle-aged women stuck in high-school who just can't let go. I will say however that you are so patently obvious, which I also find amusing, the style may be different on the surface, but the underlying sentiment is the same.
