19-year-old Evan may not be legal yet (hello, Lohan's Law?) but he certainly seems to have a thing for the older women! First Lindsay (21) and now Brittany Snow (22)?

 

wow man you need to get a job working for TMZ with all these scoops you get. I mean can we really prove they are dating though? They could be just friends. All I see there is them walking together (not holding hands) and riding in a car together. We all know how those rumors about Hayden Panatierre and my boy Ne-Yo turned out just cause the two were seen a couple times in some restaurants in NYC....

 

I think Idris Elba & Tyra might of turned her on that show, because her answer was she never been with a black guy. Now all of a sudden.
