I think the unanimous decision is that those jeans are absolutely atrocious. Maybe she's never had that much weight to hide before or something, but any bigger girl knows to NEVER wear jeans like that. Doesn't matter if you're just a few pounds overweight, jeans of that style will make you look 20 more.

I'd like to see her in something more flattering to her new figure. A nice dress, or a nice shirt with some low riders. Certainly not those ugly ass jeans, though. Ugh. They're like "mom jeans".

Yeah, her jeans don't fit her well. Cheryl Cole has the exact same pair yet she looks great in them. They have to fit well. I love high waisted jeans/trousers but they need to be tailored just right.

They're a style that appeal to different people... some like them, some hate them.









Worn right they accentuate the female figure and look more feminine and classy than a muffin top. Jessica's just DON'T look right though...at all.

I think you also have to pair them with the right top.

High waisted jeans work well on slim figures. But on larger girls they only accentuate the areas that instead need the focus taken away. They make you look larger than what you really are. High waist = balloon figure. Low waists elongate the torso and make you appear slimmer. These sort of jeans are simply murder to the figures of larger women. Same goes with those cute high waist skirts, and empire waist dresses. An empire waist is a little more workable, paired with the right accessories and body shape, but a big girl has to walk a fine line with clothes like that.

Not dissing the jeans, of course. They look good on the girls you showed...but the problem is all of these girls are tiny, and that's why the look works for them. Jessica just needs to learn how to dress for her new body...she can't dress like she's a size 0 anymore.

when Britney Spears gained weight, she took so much heat from it. She was being teased for not having her six pack and the whole nine yards.
