Re-post of the last episode that should have aired back in October but wasn't due to Cartoon network foolishness plus the newest episode. Tried finding a better quality post of the newest episode, but no luck. Long story but I'll try to keep it short. He's a character named Malcolm Duncan or Mal for short. In the old original Teen Titans comics of the 60's, he was the first black teen to become affiliated with the Teen Titans and he did not have any powers. He did go on to have two super hero identities, one of them was the Guardian, which they were giving a nod to in this episode but the suit he wore gave him super strength and had all kinds of weapons and gadgets like Batman & Robin in that ID. He later became a character called the Hornblower due to his being a musician and had some weird trumpet that allowed him to open all sorts of dimensional doorways. Pretty lame ability and of course didn't last long. Both he and the Bubblebee character were a couple, something I'm sure you've notice them hinting at on the show, who went on to get married and still are as far as I know.
Slight Young Justice Spoiler : From the looks of it they may indeed be going towards Mal taking up the Guardian identity. Whether or not his suit will be upgraded for super strength will be the question.
This is it! The Goku v. Superman fight! Click HERE for the fight! It's 32 minutes long and really in-depth. After viewing, discuss.
So the "official fight" is basically what was already going on in this thread? Individuals giving their varied opinions of who would win, only these guy just went into more details and quoted from reference sources they used? And "no" I didn't waste time watching the whole video.
Yeah. ScrewAttack has a series called Death Battles, where they pit characters from various universes together. This has been going on for a long time. Whether we're talking Luke Skywalker v. Harry Potter, Spider-Man v. Batman, and other miscellaneous fights like Rebecca Black v. Justin Bieber. They've actually relied heavily on various official references to determine their strengths, weaknesses, and compiled the information together into one entertaining brawl. In the end, the videos come down to the stats being used. It's not official, but it does show that the creators went through great lengths to give it the best accurate outcome.

Very interesting, I like all the convergent story threads they are juggling. It just goes to show, just because it is a cartoon it doesn't mean it has to be dumbed down. --Spoiler-- Were did the girl team members go? did I miss something? Also didn't know that Vandal Savage had kids, I wonder if they are immortal too?
I think they just wanted to spotlight the male members in this episode since they did on spotlighting the females already. On the subject of Vandal Savage, I think in the more recent comics of the last few years that they revealed that he has at least one child, a daughter who called Scandal Savage and is a villain in her own right. It seems that she maybe immortal since it has been shown that she can regenerate and recuperate from mortal injuries.
I recommend that any sci-fi fans check this comic out. Not only is the main character of this series a young black male but there's a bit of interracial relations going on at the end of this first issue. Never mind the fact that writer/artist John Byrne is one of the old school guard of comic creators and was the early artist back in the day that played a part in making the X-Men comics into the powerhouse they would become.
Netherealm Games continues to impress. Second time making a DC based game. I hope to see a good Story Mode out of it.
I'm a fan of fighting games and comics, but comic book fighting games just rub me the wrong way. Superman fighting Harley Quinn or Deadpool fighting Galactus. It just seems so silly. However, if they can write a decent story to explain how these improbable foes could have a "realistic" fight I might give it a looksee.
This is a classic Justice League episode. Looking back on it, I've came to realize a few things... Hawkgirl is definitely not your typical woman. There was a slant regarding race relations, especially given the attitudes in that town. The imagination is a hell of a drug.
I remember that episode, "your a credit to your people, son" "uh thanks" LOL If you thought there was a subtle undertone to that episode, checkout this clip from an episode of Batman: Brave And The Bold Listen closely to all the thinly veiled references to several superheroes' sexual prowess (or lack there of),
Breaking News: J.J. Abrams To Direct New ‘Star Wars’ Movie For Disney http://www.deadline.com/2013/01/j-j-abrams-to-direct-new-star-wars-movie-for-disney/ Not a bad selection, well I guess we wait until 2015 to see if lens flare and lightsabers can mix.

Robert Rodriguez On Dennis Haysbert Replacing Michael Clarke Duncan In SIN CITY 2 Taken from interviews done with Total Film & MTV.com: I imagine there's been a sorrowful moment or two on the set of Sin City: A Dame To Kill For with the recent loss of Michael Clarke Duncan. However, Rodriguez says Haysbert is doing a great job and is making the role of Manute his own."Dennis is going to bring his own thing to it but it's very much pays tribute to what Michael did and is very much in line with the role the director stated while chatting with MTV. "He's such a fantastic actor and an amazing presence. He's really exciting to work with. I've been adding dialogue for him. It's so fun." The director acknowledged that Haysbert definitely won't be bringing the same level of physical presence to the role but said that's okay in the world of Sin City. "People get to do things they don't normally get to do in the movies in Frank Miller's 'Sin City' world," Rodriguez continued. "We have a lot of license to disguise yourself and really be someone else, do something totally outside your normal career. I think that's why actors tend to gravitate toward these movies. It's a real license to have a lot of fun and do something different, to take a vacation from the work they normally do, to go out on a limb — and it's welcomed." Haysbert certainly has a critical role that's crucial to the storyline surrounding Ava Lord, the titular dame of the film. It's a shame Duncan isn't around to capitalize on the memorable role he created.
