Inconclusive. The way the story is set up, two episodes aren't enough to judge the series in my opinion.
I like what they’re trying to do. But, execution is a little off. When I was little, there were always repeats of those old black and white sitcoms on TV. I watched them endlessly. So, I really appreciate what they’re trying to do. But, their timing, humor wise, is off and it kind of takes me out of it. Maybe, I’m being too picky? It is interesting enough to see how it all plays out , though.
An example of a sleeper hit. Because it only trended on twitter in the top 5 twice last season. And they haven't recieved much media attention yet they did BIG numbers for a basic cable show. Good for them and one of my favorite actresses Jennifer Connelly. I like how they did this show.
I also think covid impacts which shows are getting renewed and which are not. I figure its much easier generally to keep shows going that have already got multiple seasons then it is to launch brand new shows. Especially when it comes to more fantasy/scifi dramas lol
The current release date for Godzilla vs. Kong is March 26, 2021, coming to both theaters and HBO Max on that date.
I say yah. Marvel version of Twin Peaks style weirdness. Plus being OLDER I appreciate the classic TV tropes. In till the end
AMC has rolled out the first full trailer for the six bonus episodes which are being added to the show's tenth season.
