And for the record, having cops in schools doesn't mean shit once you leave

I've had family run home from high school or refuse to go when their friends got sick, to avoid being jumped

When you consider getting severely beaten can lead to brain damage, it's a gotdamn shame

Shit made me so mad, I watch like a hour of Scared Straight clips on Youtube. Funny when them little fake gangbangers start shakin' when they get thrown in front of some grimey crip or blood. Then some of the little mufuckas start crying and saying "no sir. I don't wanna go in there". Now they find respect n' shit.

    Haha I remember that

The one I seen had some fake, wannabe hood mothafucka who thought he was hard cuz he used to scrap chumps or some shit

When one of them hard prison boys made a bigass fist at him, dude curled up real fast

I saw the old Scared Straight in the 70's uncut on tv. Then a made-for-tv movie with Martin Sheen on CBS in the 80's. Saw the new version at the corrections academy in 1993. I like seeing that transformation with the kids after that one day with the convicts. Scared Straight made me appreciate my freedom on the outside.

First of all, I was wondering the gender of the first guy was. She is a she.
The guy with the red headband would have made a fabulous lawyer had he gone the right route.

I meant teachers getting beat up or knocked out in inner city schools is still a rare thing.

As for the students, they always have to face the threat of violence from normal student interaction.

No kid has any business living in an environment

Like that. Its one thing to be poor but in a violent environment

Smgdmfh. That's the price the western world has to pay cus i know in Asia, South America and the Caribbean, kids are still being whoopped when they act stupid. In Europe and North America, Australia and the likes child services would be on your case and the teacher will be suspended if he hit back. I always say if you are strong enough to hit then be ready to get hit as well but alas...
If i were in this situation i swear i will find some bad kids pay them to go beat the shit outta this kid. That's why it's sometimes good to have all kinds of friends for any situation.

U are aware that the same high school...Bartram...had multiple incidents involving teachers being assaulted in around a one month period, right?

That doesn't seem rare to me

Still sounds like there's a serious problem at one HS. It's not every inner city HS in Philly.
