what do you think of shaun t's workout

What we know: Track stars have amazing bodies. What former 400-meter hurdler Shaun Thompson knows: how you can get one! The trainer, aka Shaun T., designed Insanity, a 10-disc DVD series ($120; BeachBody.com) so successful that it turned a word for lunacy into a synonym for sculpted. The magic behind the routine comes from plyometrics: explosive, full-body exercises that rev your heart rate and ratchet up metabolism to torch megacalories and build lean muscle. We asked Thompson to pick his top multitasking moves to help you get an insane body in only 20 minutes. In as few as two weeks, your sleek physique will be what's causing the mania. You're only six moves away from getting totally toned!

Check out these six moves (Double Diamond, Stance Jacks, Hit the Floor, Power Jump, The Heisman, Switch Kick) from the DVD craze. Once you fall in love, head to Getinsanity.com to nab the entire plan!

You'll need: Zilch. Unless you count a wardrobe of size-smaller clothes.

The plan: Do each sizzler for one minute without stopping between exercises. After you've completed one round, rest for 60 seconds, then go again. Perform the circuit three times (20 minutes and done!), two days in a row. Take a rest day, and repeat. To turn up the burn, put as much oomph as you can into every movement. Hustle!

Too bad they don't have an icon flat on the floor

I was at my daughter's last week and there was an infomercial of Shaun T's "T25"on television, which is right up my alley because I don't always have the time for the traditional workout. I said to my daughter, "Let's do this!" She found something else to do and I did it. Within 15 minutes I was on the floor and done. I walk four miles a day and work out every day, but that one burned. I have his "Hip Hop Abs" in which he works the glutes too. But I'm thinking I might get the T25 in the not too distant future. I have incorporated the going from one right into the other (T 25 method) into my daily routine, and feel it right away. Ha, 62? Piece of cake!

    ow ow ow ;)

    I have insanity.

I like it because it is a high-intensity full body workout. Most people these days go to the gym and diet with the goal of losing weight and building muscle. Insanity builds overall conditioning and athletic function.
