Don't want to be guilty of hyperbole, but isn't that among the tenets of National Socialism? The country is for the Volk, but no one else?

I recall a hilarious time when certain conservatives at my class were super anti welfare. All of them were of course living on both federal and state student aid. I told them they were enormous hypocrites considering that they were basically welfare recipients. I even did some actual number crunching and pointed out that an individual on food stamps would need to be on it for 2 and a half years strait to equal what a California student gets in Federal and state grants in a year.

Hilarious enough the rebuttal was...."I"m talking about cutting welfare not student aid." I told them that they should practice what they preach and stop mooching off the government.

The right wingers are always hypocrites. The left should investigate and then ignore them. Conservatives always want their enemies to take resposibility not themselves.

Accountability is a hard pill to swallow for those on the right. They are very used to turning the spotlight on someone they deem as opposite to their views but when the spotlight is on them, they're like cockroaches scurrying for the darkness.

I must set the record correct. There are MANY more hypocrites on the left then the right. Also you want to investigate the right more? I guess the left can use the IRS again just like they have before to target group on the right that don't agree with their point of view. LOL. Personal bias can cloud a man's opinions. Think about it.

In what the conservatives did since 2010 makes them suspect on a lot of things.

Check your facts, the IRS did not target conservative groups

It goes to show you that their philosophy is unlivable. I don't understand the cult of privatizing everything. Welfare helps those who are unable to work and puts extra money into peoples' pockets giving them the ability to purchase more stuff which benefits the rich motherfuckers the cancervatives worship so much. Most of the infrastructure we use is taxfunded and there's no proof the free market can afford it. There's also news of automation increasingly replacing our jobs so big business can save on costs, but if the poor and middle classes can't find a way to earn an income as a result, they'll riot on the streets, which won't be good for the elites. Basic income is proposed a solution to the technological unemployment crises and even some support of this concept is coming from the right-wing, who usually hate the idea of a welfare state.

In order for a group to be targeted by the IRS, there have to be consequences.

The IRS was performing their federally mandated responsibility in trying to find out if all these new 501c groups that applied after the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision were actually qualified for tax-exempt status.
Not a single one of the conservative groups that applied for tax-exempt status after 2010 were denied by the IRS, so explain to me where the scandal was???

One day the average American will realize permitting UNLIMITED money to infiltrate our political system is allowing our democracy to be hijacked by the 1%.

It takes more than ONE BILLION DOLLARS(and rising) to run for POTUS.

Who do you think is providing that largess??
Sure as hell isn't Joe Sixpack.

Are some of you really that clueless?

The IRS targeting conservative groups is NOT MADE UP. The facts will come out during the upcoming hearings and court cases. It is completely laughable to believe the IRS was doing its duty, when these investigations that led to ONLY go after conservative groups that this administration did not like.
Think about what's happened here. Any future president could do the same thing, targeting groups they don't like. This is not a left vs. right or black vs. white issue its an American issue and it needs to be stopped for the sake of all Americans.

Who in the IRS has given the green light to target the conservative groups? This is not about left or right or a racial issue. But, I will tell you what it is; it is about power. It doesn't matter which side it is on. And for the sake of all Americans, for which you do not speak for me, this is life in these United States. As long as there is a government, there will always be someone watching. Be it the IRS, NSA and other agencies. Any future president knows about this because they knew because they either served in that agency or have heard a lot of chatter amongst themselves somewhere. A trial will not do anything but waste taxpayer dollars on a shadow chase. So, who in the IRS is doing this? What are their names?

The GOP repeatedly lies to their voter constituency because they know the vast majority of their supporters are easily manipulated and misinformed.

The sheer number of outright lies the GOP feeds to Republican voters is unfathomable, yet they continue to do it because conservative voters will believe anything.:smt080

If someone keeps lying to you and expects you to believe it, eventually it should become apparent that person thinks you aren't too bright.:smt031
