The Genetic Bomb

I caught the tail end of a conversation on the radio driving in from work on research being conducted on genetic bombs or weapons that kill off specific ethnic groups of people like a neutron bomb that would kill people but not destroy infrastructure. The human genome is the key map in finding specific genes in groups of racial populations that are vulnerable to diseases. Make you want to believe AIDS was created this way, if it was possible of course. I'm researching this. If any of you have information to add to this thread please do. I find this fascinating to kill off specific populations without having to go to war on a mass scale. If this is rue, it would have made Adolph Hitler proud of his scientists.
