Chigirl and Sup great to hear from you. Sup are you going to the World Cup games or just watching it on TV. I read in Koln they have giant screens for the people who can't come. Chigirl,do you have friends who are going to the stadiums where the World Cup is held? I watch the Fox Soccer channel and seen a 30 minute documentary of the the cities where the Cup are located. It was interesting and it brings memories because I had visited Munchen,Berlin, Frankfurt,and Dortmund.

We applied for Germany x Costa Rica because that was here in the Allianz near me but I was not successful. Everything is gone now, but we watch on the screen in the city, which actually is such fun. Like yesterday x Sweden, everybody on the street was great

I think Germany is playing so well. I am happy Podolski is moving to Bayern . Klose and Podolski are not "world class" buy they do work together well. 19 goals for 13 games for MK and LP is v.good. I think it ends next though with Argentina, but we have not seen the best yet from God so if he gets better vs Argentina then Germany has a good chance.

I want England or Nederlands to play at Allianz though, such a crowd of supporters with them :lol:

 

Sup I wished that the Netherlands had won yesterday. It would me much better than Portugal. Chigirl thanks for the websites.

 

so, any predictions ....France vs Spain. I want France to win but Spain has played quite well so far.

 

Sadly the French lost to Spain 2-0 and I don't like Spain because the coach still has not apologized to Mr.Henry for his racial remarks. Lets hope Spain loses to Portugal.

My bad on both counts. I should had watched Fox Soccer News more closely. The French won the cup in 98 because one of the Brazilian players was sick. Had that player been well the Brazilians would had gone to a seventh World Cup.

 

So basically u are saying that soccer is like Tennis or chess?...played one on one?? Hmmm...Well if ONE player was sick
the other 10 guys were probably well...but France simply played better!!

Crazily, I was in France at that time and I was for Brasil...but Zidane was just too much to handle for the Auriverde!

 

I am cheerin for Italia all the way!!!!!!!! Too bad no african teams made the finals It's only European and South American teams...I think Italia will beat Ukraine easy.....if they get to the finals I don't know if they can beat Brasil :cry:

Sup,I saw the game on TV and one of the reporters said that player was sick. I not that of a fan of Brazil since they always win. I hope Germany will win in their home country like France and Argentina.

 

Germany won by penalty kick. It was tense between them and Argentina. Now are France is going to repeat their victory towards Brazil?
