    Red Oak Town Village is an upscale, gated community which offers luxuries like two resort style pools, a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, detached garages/carports and storage, along with Garden Style tubs, step crown molding, washer/dryer connections and many others. Red Oak town village apartments have contributed greatly to the economic development of Red Oak.

    Red Oak has a number of departments like economic development, parks and recreation, police department, fire department, administration, human resources, library, public works, community development/engineering, red oak tourism and code enforcement.

    The mission of the parks and recreation section is to develop and maintain quality parks, including natural wooded areas. They develop recreational facilities and programs for people of all ages and plan future requirements and activities to serve the year-round recreation need and interests of the community.

    The city of Red Oak is a business friendly community. The city provides one with assistance from start to finish, including information on land availability and location, permits and licensing, infrastructure and information and much more. The Industrial Development Corporation, Economic Development Corporation, City Staff and the Red Oak Area chamber of Commerce are designed in such a way that it meets the needs of each and every business entity.

    Red Oak Town Village Apartments is accomplished by Ali Sharaf who also announced the Grand Opening of Phase 2 in Red Oak, Texas. Red Oak Town Village now has five buildings and 312 units. It offers a variety of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The 60 acre investment, off I-35 and Ovilla, has contributed to million of dollars into the economy of Red Oak and the surrounding areas. It has also provided numerous jobs to the people in that area.
